Zell am See is one of the few places in the Alps where lake and ski area sit directly side by side. The Schmittenhöhe rises immediately west of town; from its runs the view reaches across Lake Zell to the Kitzsteinhorn and into the Hohe Tauern.
For you that means short distances: accommodation, town centre and valley stations are close together. Start early and you are at the lift with no drive — provided your equipment is already waiting.
The range is built around use: piste skis for the classic day out, all-mountain for everything in between, freeride for the days after fresh snow, and complete children’s equipment including helmets. Plus snowboards, boots and accessories.
Every binding is set to DIN/ISO 11088 from your own data, and every setup leaves the shop with a safety check. That is part of the rental and is not charged separately.
You collect your equipment the evening before your first day on snow — fitted and fully adjusted. The next morning you head straight for the lift.
If something does not fit during the rental, we swap it. And when the edges go dull, drop the skis off without an appointment and collect them the next morning. The same goes for your own equipment.
